Capital plan microfinance co-operative society Ltd, is a pro-poor financial institution committed to the social and economic empowerment of her members through provision of access to responsive financial services on a sustainable basis. The Institution was established in 2012 and is dully registered under Cooperative Regulations and Cooperative societies Decree 1999 with a particular focus on SME and micro finance. Job Title: Customer Service personnel/ Internal Controller Responsibilities:

Provide information to customers and address inquiries regarding products and services also open account to customers, help resolve any customer's complaints.
In addition assess the compliance of departments and individual employees.
In accounting, for instance, the internal control reviews processes and records to see that tellers/accountants are operating in line with generally accepted accounting principles, laws, industry and company standards.
The results of the reviews are shared with managers to aid in feedback, training and development to ensure greater overall compliance.

Requirements:

Any qualification from a relevant institution and discipline with related job experience.
Must be able to work at Enugu, Enugu state.
