CityCode Mortgage Bank Limited is a duly registered Primary Mortgage Bank that has remained healthy since inception in 1992. We are set up for the purpose of providing mortgage loans and assisting customers in accessing National Housing Fund Loan through Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Office Assistant/Cleaner Location: Lagos Requirement

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.

• Recommend to management on purchase of large tracts of land for building residential communities, industrial complexes, and shopping malls or other commercial structures.
• Recognize the potential of a particular property and collaborate with architects to design the proposed development..
• Oversee all Company's project and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure projects are completed.
• Ideal candidate must have the ability to combine field work and other administrative matters assigned from time to time.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Responsible for hiring a contractor to build the development. Upon completion of the construction, either a real estate broker or the developer's own real estate organization puts the houses or other buildings up for sale or lease.

• B.Sc in Estate Development.

• Minimum of 5 years

• Critically analyze the capital market.
• Perform daily trades.
• Ideal candidate must have good multi tasking ability and marketing skills.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.

• Licensed stockbroker.
• B.Sc in Accounting or any relevant field.

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

• Applicant will be completing all tasks and duties required for driving around the local area, as well as long-distance jobs if required.

• Have at least three years driving experience
• Have a valid driving licence
• Have a great attitude and strong work ethic
• Be healthy and fit to work
• Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated
