An indigenous coal exploration company is seeking experienced professionals to employ as Chief Geologists.

Responsibilities

The primary role of the Chief Geologist is to technically lead and oversee all aspects of exploration and development programs within the region.
Assist the exploration projects teams resulting in discovery of economically viable deposits that will have a significant impact on the Company's earnings and growth.

Qualifications and Experience Key Role Qualifications Required:

Bachelor of Science (Geology), advanced degree preferred
Continued professional development and technical training.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

Possess excellent experience in reconnaissance survey.
Possess good Understanding and recognition of mineralization models and geological processes
Must be COMEG registered.
Excellent knowledge of operating and managing drill rig.
Understanding of economic parameters of mining operations
Must be experienced in coal stratigraphy and geology,
Must be good at data acquisition and mapping
