Project Manager Job Position in a Reputable ICT Firm in Lagos

Petros Management Consulting Limited - Our client, a reputable ICT firm, is currently seeking applications from suitably candidates to fill the vacant position below: Job Title: Project Manager Location: Island, Lagos Job Descriptions Responsibilities Include:

• Lead planning and/or implementation of projects
• Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas;
• Participate in testing upon release of functions/features
• Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery
• Produce technical and non-technical documentation
• Advocate on behalf of clients and represent clients’ needs as appropriate to senior management. Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes
• Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management
• Manage requests and backlogs for social network & e-commerce related product
• Takes ownership of product to maintain excellent quality and delivery
• Works closely with Product Managers to ensure that projects are proceeding according to schedule and meeting functional and design specifications
• Plan ahead of bottlenecks, think out of the box, and be flexible to explore alternate options/solutions when facing constraints and delay in project delivery

• Certified Project Manager
• Minimum of a B.Sc Degree
• At least a minimum of 4 years experience in relevant industry.
