B.Sc Engineering , Estate or Facilities Management
Good written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a computer literate(Excel/Word)
Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Ability to follow tasks/projects through to a timely completion
5years relevant supervisory experience in Facilities manangement
Provide Leadership and supervision to all staff
Very Good command of English

Job Title: Senior Projects Architect Ref Code: SPAGRL05 Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Requirements

B.Sc /MSC/MED (Architecture)
Good written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop architectural drawings with technical specifications
Professional membership of ARCON, NIA is essential
5years relevant supervisory experience
Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Ability to follow tasks/projects through to a timely completio
