Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos. In view of our quest for expansion, we are currently recruiting to fill the positions  below: Job Title: IT Support System/ Administrator Location: Lagos Duties and Responsibilities

  • In-charge of procuring and maintenance of all IT equipment in the company
  • In-charge of registering all employees on the company emailing system
  • In-charge of daily administration of the company server and database
  • In-charge of registering and monitoring of all employees on the time clocking machine
  • Handles all issues relating to company network, computers and printers
  • In-charge of new installation of IT equipment in the company
HSE Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all reasonable safety policies and procedures of the company including reporting of hazards or incidents via the company’s reporting process

Requirements
  • Must be a holder of HND / B.Sc Computer Science or related field.
  • Ability to perform duties with attention to details, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English
  • Must be experienced in IT and System Administration and must have at least 5 years’ experience.
  • In-depth understanding of computers and Network Administration
Job Title: HSE Officer Location: Lagos Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety.
  • To correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority
  • May exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts when immediate action is required.
  • Maintains awareness of active and developing situations.
  • To ensure the Site Safety and Health Plan is prepared and implemented.
  • To ensure there is safety messages in each Incident Action Plan.

Job Title: Experienced Procurement Officer Location: Lagos Duties and Responsibilities
  • Timely procurement and delivery of high quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high rise building facility.
  • Preparing of Job Orders
  • Ensure delivery of procured items
  • Dealings with suppliers, manufacturers and vendors as regards quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high rise building facility

Job Title: Senior Accountant Location: Lagos Duties and Responsibilities
  • Preparation of financial reports and budget planning is required.
  • Ability to prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records
  • Prepare account payables and receivables
  • Ability to prepare, examines, and analyzes financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

  • Planning and follow-up on all preventive maintenance works
  • Analyzing and writing reports on the activities of intervention works done on site
  • Operating the SAM-FM Software to control planned operations
  • Tracking records and history of equipment and component of the building on the site
  • Generates periodic informative reports regarding all maintenance facets
  • Give advice on technical issues

  • Must have experience with chillers/chilled water system and electrical system in high rise building facility.

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Location: Lagos Job Description
  • The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the proper operation and maintenance for the building (high rise) which includes all HVAC systems, chillers, water treatment system, sewage treatment system and fire protection systems.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Reports directly to the Technical Manager.
  • Responsible for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
  • Determines, defines, communicates and follow daily staff work.
  • Determines, defines, communicates and follow work for his team and contractors.
  • Coordinates with maintenance technicians and planner to prioritize work.
  • Assures good preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
  • Maintain and Enforces rules and safety regulations site.
Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or similar discipline.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and regulations associated with facilities management.
  • Fifteen (15) years of applied professional experience (in building maintenance or relevant field).
  • Core competencies include: effective verbal and written communication skills in English, listening skills, ability to organize and retrieve information, and to handle people tactfully and effectively in situations involving various educational and employment levels.
  • Must be flexible to adapt to changing and varying work requirements.
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Open-minded with good written and oral communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
  • Strong analytical skills and Knowledge of CMMS Software
