Strategic growth in the demand for their services have brought about the need to fill the key vacant position below:     Job Title: Business Development Executive - Virtual Office Location: Nigeria Requirements

• The prospective candidates, who must be young, dynamics, self motivated and result driven, must possess excellent prospecting, presentation, objection handling and sales closing skills. The utilization of these skills for the achievement of verifiable result is essential.
• The ideal candidate, who must be between 25 - 35 years, must possess a University Degree or HND in either Science or Social Science discipline, with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in industrial marketing preferably in the Information Technology Industry.
• Professional certificate is an added advantage.

• The successful candidates will report directly to the group managing Director and will be responsible for implementing the strategic plan and the policy particularly in the area of business development and marketing, operation and profitability of the virtual office division of the company in line with the vision of the board of directors.

• The prospective candidates who must be graduate must possess minimum of 10 years diverse working experience, 5 of which must be in a senior management position in a virtual office/hub environment.
• Must be an excellent communicator with strong people management skills and the ability to engage and motivate teams especially those who are matrix in the following areas; Sales and Marketing, IT/Technical, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance and Account.
• Possession of postgraduate degree preferably MBA will be an advantage but not compulsory.
