Care.com.ng is a driver recruitment agency that connects clients to vetted drivers all around Lagos. We are recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: Recruiting/Relationship Manager Location: Lagos Job Description

  • Recruiting drivers from different sources and conducting interviews ensuring that the best drivers are eventually selected to work with clients at different capacities.
  • Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of client service your organisation is providing.
  • Handling driver payment processes
  • Assigning drivers to clients based on clients specification
  • Building driver profiles based on result of various assessment conducted
  •  Investigating and solving client problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on directly by client.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients and drivers.
  • Manage the client relationship arm of the firm
Requirements
  • The candidate must possess an OND/HND/B.Sc from a reputable Institution in Nigeria.
  • Must be between 25 - 30 years
  • Great managerial skills
  • Must reside on the mainland.
