• Supervising the dispatchers for best delivery services
• Support the company in the implementation of it’s marketing campaigns.
• Responsible for sales target
• Managing & maintaining product & data information within company systems.
• Assisting in organizing promotional events.
• Liaising on a daily basis with clients , customers and suppliers.
• Involved in drafting PowerPoint and Word pitches.
• Attending networking events & promoting the company.
• Booking advertisement space with local newspapers.
• Liaising on a daily basis with clients , customers and suppliers.
• Producing & analyzing sales figures, then reporting them to marketing managers.
• Proof reading for all marketing material, both print and online
• Writing marketing emails & then sending them to customers & sales prospects.
• Assisting the marketing team with day to day administration duties.
• Coordinating telemarketing activity.
• Involved in organizing planning and controlling exhibitions.
• Working with the sales team to maintain and update pricing / listing details.
• Involved in producing and publishing online marketing material.
• Helping to run mailshot campaigns.

• Transport and receive/deliver items quickly by motorcycle (Items can include packages/documents).
• Record and maintain all dispatch documents (such as dispatch log book records and consignment notes).
• Sign for packages on collection from client/mail-room and get an appropriate person to sign for it upon delivery.

• Keeping motorcycle in a roadworthy shape.
• Dispatch rider will be responsible for educating customers on specified products of the company.
• Ensure motorcycle is roadworthy and abide by the required rules for riding motorcycle.

• Verification of addresses for bank clients.
• Perform all ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Possess valid riders permit.
• Good driving record and familiar with Lagos and Ogun State route.
• Preference for applicant staying in Ogudu/Ojota axis and environs.
• Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
• Must be physically fit, able to read and write.
• Highly professional and able to work independently.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and work under pressure.
• Polite and able to get along with people.
