Teclab Management Services Limited - Our client, a Hospitality Service Provider, with a 90 bedroom large International hotel of 4 standards in Lagos, requires the services of suitable candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Head Chef Location: Lagos Department: Food and Beverage Job Responsibilities

Ensure that all menus are properly updated while paying attention to seasonal availability
To ensure that all Menus are well calculated to ensure maximum gross profit
To ensure that all statutory hygiene requirements are diligently followed.
To ensure that maintenance problems are promptly reported.
Liaise daily with management as regards Special VIP’s functions.
To ensure that all staff are constantly trained to effect good portion control and pleasing presentation of dishes.
Constantly update knowledge and skills for the good of the establishment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Culinary Arts
Extensive knowledge of Food and wine
Must have at least 8 Years work Experience
Leadership and supervisory skills are required.
