We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Wed Developer Location: Lagos Key Responsibilities

• Writing code in one or more programming or scripting languages, such as PHP or JavaScript
• Planning, designing and prototyping new applications
• Testing new features thoroughly to ensure they perform the correct task in all cases
• Running performance benchmarking tests
• Learning and testing new technologies, frameworks and languages
• Staying up to date with new trends and advancements in web development
• Building and maintaining databases
• Fixing bugs in existing projects, reviewing, refactoring and optimizing existing code
• Documenting code so other developers can understand and contribute to it
• Problem solving

• Should hold a bachelor's degree preferably in computer science and between 6 to 24 months of hardcore experience.
• A fantastic graphic design skill set and a portfolio of work done would be an advantage.

• Visiting customers, understanding their needs and finding the best approach in meeting them
• Advising customers on best available options and trends
• Collecting and dropping off materials from customers and vendors
• Keeping up with trends and coming up with ways to seamlessly adapt while meeting up with customer needs
• Advising management and colleagues on customer needs and trends
• Generate and pursue sales leads
• Up-selling and cross-selling to customers in line with identified needs
• Problem solving

• Should hold an OND, NCE, HND.
• Those with SSCE/GCE would be considered if they have a relevant sales experience.
• Experience with fashion, tailoring or beauty products would be an advantage.

• Devising strategies to drive online traffic
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Utilising a range of techniques including free and paid search, SEO and PPC.
• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.​

• Should hold a Bachelor's degree preferably with a Business and/or Technology background and between 6 to 24 months of hardcore experience; and knowledge of the effective use of digital marketing tools.
• A fantastic graphic design skill set and a portfolio of work done would be an advantage.
