We are recruiting to fill the vacant positions below: Job Title: Plant Preventive Maintenance Officer- Golden Pasta Location: Iganmu, Lagos The Job

Ensure the smooth running of the machine by; analyzing and evaluating the machines.
Design and prepare PPM scheduled maintenance of the machine for activities, spare parts and the technicians.
Coordinate the activities of PPM

Qualifications

5 O’ Level credits including Mathematics and English at not more than 2 sittings.
Minimum of First Degree in Engineering related disciplines
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience

The Person:

Good leadership and people management skills,
Good knowledge on lubricants, pneumatics, automation and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of technical drawing

Job Title: Total Productivity Maintenance Officer Location: Nigeria The Job

Implement TPM activities and best practice
Drive continuous improvement projects to constantly reduce the losses and wastes
Drive 5S and good housekeeping

Qualification/Experience

5 O’ Level credits including Mathematics and English at not more than 2 sittings.
Minimum of First Degree in Engineering, Physics or Statistics.

Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor - Golden Pasta Location: Iganmu, Lagos The Job

Monitor logbook to ensure job repairs and follow up on pending jobs
Allocate jobs to maintenance team and ensure quick response to maintenance request from user department
Carry out planned preventive measures within the scheduled time

Qualifications

O’ Level credits including Mathematics and English at not more than 2 sittings.
Minimum of ND in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a recognized manufacturing company.

Ability to troubleshoot
Good leadership and people management skills

Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Nigeria The Job

Operate the Packing Machine in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Perform autonomous Maintenance on the packing Machine to prevent break downs
Monitor product quality to identify deviations from specification

Requirements/Qualification

O' Level credits including Mathematics and English at not more than 2 sittings.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in a related industry

Day-to-day running of steam based pellet production and offal packing
Manage the use of material/human resources to achieve production volume
Monitor/ participate in complex hygiene

Requirements/Qualification

WAEC/Technical Certificate
OND in Mechanical/ Electrical or Chemical Engineering, Food/ Lab Science

Experience:

Pellet Press Operation will be an added advantage

Repair any electrical/instrumentation fault or damage in the machine – production, packaging, warehouse, raw material silo, boilers, and chillers to minimize downtime.
Carry out analysis of all automation systems and troubleshoot problems to aid effective maintenance
Carry out Planned preventive maintenance with reference to job orders.
