We are recruiting to fill the positions below:     Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Lagos Job Type: Full time Job Description

  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
  • Carry out inspection of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place order when necessary
  • Monitor and control the maintenance budget
  • Check all machines and systems to ensure functionality
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
  • Allocate workload and supervise execution.
  • Ensure machine parameters are well set for quality production.
  • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
  • Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to
  • Any other duties as assigned by the plant operations manager.
Required Education and Experience
  • B.Sc/HND Mechanical/Electrical and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of experience.
  • Knowledge of automated rotary blower machines.
  • Production maintenance experience very key
  • Knowledge on khs/ machines
  • Good knowledge of chiller/compressors/ and the likes
Competencies:
  • Working knowledge of facilities, machines and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity
  • Experience in planning maintenance operators.
  • Expected Hours of Work
    Job Title: Production Technician Location: Lagos Expected Hours of Work: Full Time Job Description
  • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
  • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
  • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. .
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Required Education and Experience
  • OND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of experience.
  • Production maintenance experience should be an added advantage
