• Manage all F&B and daytoday operations within budgeted guidelines, profits, and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Provide a twoway communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and team work
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
• Design exceptional menus, supervise purchase of food items and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising personnel

• HND, B.Sc in Food Science & Technology or related field of study.

• 7 Years Post Qualification Experience.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry as Food & Beverage Manager.

• Good knowledge of Micros
• Ability to make productive decision
• Strong understanding of business processes and functional interrelationships
• Ability to project job growth.
• Good communication skills
• Strong administrative and Organizational skills

• Overtime work hours
• Ability to comprehend the extensive work operations and schedules.
