Osmosis Business and Research Consult Limited - Our client, a leading cosmetics manufacturing company in Delta state with a reputation for excellent business practices and product quality, is seeking to recruit competent and experienced candidates to support its business expansion suitable qualified and experienced candidates for the positions below:   Job Title: Corporate Manager (CM) Location: Delta Main Responsibilities/ Duties

• Strategic planning, strategic implementation and control to ensure company maintains leadership in industry
• Superior ability in managing company resources and applying them towards achieving company objectives
• Application of company policy in the different departments and units of the company to ensure the promotion and maintenance of quality management system
• Responsible for the coordination and planning of top executive corporate meetings including investors relations meetings and other stakeholders meetings
• Coordinates and liase effectively with staff in all departments across organization level
• Reports direcily to managing director/chief executive officer in executing duties outlined above

• First degree in Social/ Management Sciences
• An MBA or M.Sc in any of the discipline above is an added advantage
• The right candidate must have worked for at least 10 years in a manufacturing company and at least 5 years experience in senior management position
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
• Proactive, result oriented and creative problem solver
• Excellent writing communication, analytical and negotiating skills
• Ability to work with diverse set of staff in various sections of the company at different levels
• Excellent skill and experience with use of ms word, excel, power point and data base applications

• Managing all marketing task for the company and activities within the marketing department
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line its objectives
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Analysing potential strategic partner relationship for company marketing
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure sales and profitability of products lines services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends
• Report directly to the managing director in excuting the duties outlined above
