We connect travelers to a large inventory of Airlines tickets, more than 200,000 hotels worldwide in addition to Airport transfers and Tour packages. Travelfix.CO assists travelers by offering them unique travel services to make travel easy and affordable for them. We are recruiting to fill the positions below:     Job Title: Ticketing Officer Location: Lagos, Abuja, Edo Key Duties

• Ability to make bookings, reservations and issue tickets
• Ability to attend to customers under pressure and attend to customer complaints
• Must be able to interpret fare rules and apply them appropriately.

• Must have minimum of first degree in Social Sciences, Public Service, Administration or any other related course
• Must be proficient in Amadeus and Sabre ticketing tools
• IATA certification will be an added advantage
• Must be social media savvy

• Developing annual sales quotas. Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new clients.
• Develops annual budget and other company financials
• Prepares the staff payroll and petty cash.
• Scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
• Basic accounting functions

• Must have minimum of First degree in Accounting
• Must have completed his/her NYSC

• Ability to clean the office
• Run errands both internal and external for office use.

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.

• Attend to clients’ requests via email, helpline, chat or social media professionally
• Follow up and follow through on all requests
• Attend to queries and complaints professionally
• Build rapport with the clients and prospects of Travelfix.co
• Ensure customer retention as a result of excellent customer interface and experience

• Must have minimum of first degree in social sciences, public service, administration or any other related course
• Must be social media savvy
• Must have completed his/her NYSC

• Must be willing to drive sales.
• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives (target) by contributing to marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget.
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying client requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses

• Must have minimum of first degree in Social Sciences, Public Service, Administration or any other related course
• Must be social media savvy
• Must have completed his/her NYSC

• Must be able to come up with interesting destinations to sell
• Ability to come up with competitive packages for tours.
• Must be able to provide details of destinations to be promoted on the social media platform.
• Must be able to perform ticketing duties.

• Must have minimum of first degree
• Must be proficient in Amadeus and Sabre ticketing tools
• IATA certification will be an added advantage
• Must be social media savvy

• Minimum of SSCE
• Valid driver’s license and also LASDRI
• Must know Lagos routes
• Must be willing to drive

• Very good in Corel draw
• Ability to come up with good concepts for all adverts to be used on all marketing tools.
