  • The candidate is to oversee all installations, repairs and up-keep operations of the Group Companies' facilities.
  • Must have solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical system and other crafts.
  • Must be able to develop maintenance procedure and implementation in all offices of the Group and in staff quarters.
  • Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues timeously
  • To ensure the Group Companies' facilities are well cared for and adequate to support the company's business operations.
Requirement (Qualifications- Experience and Skills)
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of working experience
  • B.Sc./HND in Civil or Building Technology or in a related course of study in a recognized institution and not less than 45 years of age.

  • Successful candidate will report to the GGM
  • Co-ordinate all mechanical works in the workshop and maintenance of all the industrial machines in the Group Companies.
Requirement (Qualifications- Experience and Skills)
  • The candidate must possess a minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical Engineering or related course of study from recognized institutions either in Nigeria or abroad.
  • A minimum of 7 years of working experience in a big industry is required
  • Member of professional institutions e.g. COREN will be an added advantage.
  • Required age is a minimum of 45 years
      Job Title: Group General Manager Location: Lagos Job Roles
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the business units (companies) of the Group.
  • Ensure creation and implementation of strategy to grow the businesses.
  • Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure and talents.
  • Report to the Group Executive Director/CEO on weekly basis.
  • Responsible for growth and general welfare of the Group companies.
  • Evolve and formulates Group policies/financial matters.
  • Co-ordinating the activities of the other managers and Heads of Departments to achieve the Group result.
  • Responsible for driving Group’s monthly, quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Responsible for Group Companies Budget and cash flow.
Requirement (Qualifications- Experience and Skills)
  • Bachelor Degree minimum in Social Science or equivalence
  • MBA or other senior management certificates, highly recommended
  • Must have served in the role of General Manager or a similar position for at least 15 years
  • Management Experience in a Group of Companies. If in a coastal terminal company, it would be an added advantage.
  • Strong team building skill is mandatory

    Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the chairman.
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s diary and email attachments.
  • Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondences and print attachments
  • Organize inbound emails into the appropriate folders and any relevant information to be copied into the correct file on the hard drive.
  • Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the CEO by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
  • Ensure the CEO is fully briefed on, or prepare for, any engagements he is involved in.
  • Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondences on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including the drafting of general replies
