Job Description
  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Educational Qualification/Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent

      Job Title: Inventory/Stock Officer Location: Lagos Job Description
  • The job holder will ensure efficient handling of the company’s products and supplies and also monitor and report on the company’s inventory.
  • The ideal candidate must possess a thorough knowledge of preservation of perishable goods with great attention to details and an excellent record-keeping ability.
Responsibilities
  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
  • Record daily deliveries to reconcile inventory
  • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs
  • Maintain trust relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure business goals are met
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc
Person Specification
  • Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
  • Thorough knowledge of preservation of perishable goods
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills

  • The job holder will ensure a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
  • The ideal candidate must possess a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and a sound judgement.
Responsibilities
  • Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
  • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
  • Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
  • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
  • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
  • Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
  • Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
  • Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions

Person Specification
  • Proven work experience as Internal Control Manager, Internal Auditor or Senior Auditor
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
  • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Sound independent judgement
Educational Qualification/Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ related experience
