• The job holder is responsible for improving the market position of the company & drive revenue generation in the B2B, B2C and B2B2C market space.
• He/she will define long term strategic sales goals, build key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiate & close business deals while maintaining knowledge on market trends in the IT sector.

• New Business Development
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’ needs, concerns & objectives
• Participate in pricing of solution/service

• Present new products & services and enhance existing relationships

• Accountable for the design, development, quality assurance and delivery of innovative, robust and scalable software solutions and customer facing applications.

• Coordinates between business and IT stakeholders to develop a solution architecture approach.
• Create delivery estimates based on solution architecture approach.
• Assess market technology choices to determine fit, including software, hardware, SaaS/PaaS, etc.
• Translate complex functional, technical, and business requirements into architectural designs.
• Coordinate with Delivery Project Manager and Business Analyst to draft project scope and compile delivery estimates.
• Collaborate with other Architecture teams. Conduct proofs of concept for emerging technologies.
• Adapt to a quickly changing environment and interact with a broad customer base with diverse needs and functional responsibilities.
• Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Engagement Manager
• Share best practices and be consultative to clients throughout duration of the project
• Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
• Complete and co/implement a configuration workbook
• Co-team with the Technical Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
• Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts in concert with the Engagement Manager

• Minimum of 5 years in software development or solution architecture role.
• B.Sc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred

• Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints

• Operations Performance Manager is responsible for overall performance monitoring, assessment, review and reporting of business processes and support processes in the organization.

• Establish and monitor operations performance management metrics, policies and processes
• Design, and build customized dashboards to manage and monitor interdepartmental process and third party support performance.
• Leverage expertise of Data Analysis Manager to proffer insight into supplied data
• Interpret performance data and reports to identify trends and generate appropriate courses of action
• Drive Operations Performance Analysts to provide key performance data related to products, channels and process owners.
• Monitor and Evaluate process owner performance in conjunction with HR Performance Management Executive, for necessary penalties or bonuses
• Select and effectively manage Operations Performance Analysts within the department to ensure delivery of overall targets.
• Oversees periodic Gap analysis for the different departments within the organization, to ensure continuous improvement.
• Perform a meaningful role in long-term planning and establishment of initiatives aimed at operational excellence.
