  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for meetings
  • Oversee in-house and external events
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree/HND or its equivalent in any relevant area

    Job Title: Maintenance Officer Location: Masaka, Nasarawa Job Type: Full Time Job Description
  • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the organisation’s property, vehicles, building, furniture and grounds.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work in MFF.
  • Delivering timely, cost effective maintenance and improvement of the organisation’s property which includes vehicles, buildings and structures, furniture and fittings, utility services and infrastructure, grounds and gardens.
  • Maintenance of utility services including water, gas, electricity, sewage, drainage, and garbage disposal.
  • Responsible for movement, repair and replacement of organisation’s equipment.
  • Oversee all office building, electrical and mechanical repairs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree/HND or higher qualification in any relevant area
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience

  • Responsible for all operational and routine HR tasks and processes
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintain employee benefits programmes and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.
  • Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

      Job Title: Project Officer Location: Masaka, Nasarawa Job Type: Contract Job Field: Building and Construction Job Description
  • Supervise diverse construction teams on their allocated construction site from ground breaking to completion.
  • Oversee all on-site activities to monitor compliance with MFF construction standards, building plan and safety regulations
  • Coordinate construction and infrastructure activities on site.
  • Coordinate delivery of materials on site.
  • Coordinate and directly supervise Assistant Project Officers (APOs), and occasionally artisans in achieving their goals.
  • Review work progress on a daily basis and ensure completion of daily work orders and reports.
  • Update the reporting sheet on a daily basis and forward to the Assistant Construction Manager.
  • Coordinate the works with other Project Officers (POs) and the Assistant Construction Manager (ACM).
  • Report security related incidents directly to the Health Safety and Environment Officer (HSE)
Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in Architecture/Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying
  • Ability to think methodically, and interpret specifications and dimensions
  • Must be smart and agile
  • Must be analytical and meticulous with good communication skills
  • Minimum of 7 -10 years’ experience in project management and construction.
  • Project Management certification is mandatory
      Job Title: Assistant Project Officer Location: Masaka, Nasarawa Job Type: Contract Job Field: Building and Construction Job Description
  • On-site supervision of teams of artisans working on building construction from ground breaking to completion within an allocated area of houses, facilities or infrastructure.
  • Planning and allocation of tasks in an effective manner in order to get the highest quality housing and infrastructure in accordance to the MFF standards.
  • Responsible for the execution of construction tasks in accordance to the drawings and work descriptions.
  • Responsible for the request of materials (MRF) and transfer/coordination to the Project Officer-Distribution.
  • Responsible for a clean and secure environment within his allocated area of responsibility.
  • Report failures, gaps or training needs directly to the Project Officer (PO).
  • Review work progress on an hourly and daily basis to ensure completion of daily work tasks.
  • Furnish the PO with valuable information that would enhance quality decision making.
Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in Architecture/Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying
  • Ability to think methodically, and interpret specifications and dimensions
  • Must be smart and agile
  • Must be analytical and meticulous with good communication skills
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in project management and construction
  • Project Management certification would be an advantage.
    Job Title: Project Officer (Quantities) Location: Masaka, Nasarawa Job Type: Contract Job Field: Building and Construction Job Description
  • Forecast the cost of different materials needed for projects from conception to delivery.
  • Work with estimations of materials and reports directly to Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Work and coordinate with the Assistant Construction Manager (ACM) and the Construction Manager (CM).
  • Assist in planning of site storage and distribution of materials.
  • Work directly with the artisans, Assistant Project Officers (APOs) and the managers of the on-site stores.
  • Monitor, stop and adjust the material requests on sites.
  • Prepare bills of quantities and other documentation based on approved drawings from PMO.
  • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
  • Liaise with clients and other construction professionals, such as the ACM and the CM to evolve cost-effective construction methods.
Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveying
  • Ability to think methodically, and interpret specifications and dimensions
  • Must be smart and agile
  • Must be analytical and meticulous with good communication skills
  • Minimum of 7 -10 years’ experience in project management and construction
  • Project Management certification is mandatory.
      Job Title: Assistant Construction Manager Location: Masaka, Nasarawa Job Type: Contract Job Field: Building and Construction Job Description
  • Oversee and manage construction projects sites from conception to completion
  • Participate pro-actively in site planning and effective execution of the tasks.
  • Provide progress reports on a weekly basis to the Construction Manager (CM) and the Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Coordinate and directly supervise Project Officers (POs) and occasionally Assistant Project Officers (APOs) in achieving their goals
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
  • Review the work progress on daily basis and ensure completion of daily work orders
  • Report delays and quality problems directly to the CM
  • Ensure strict delivery of milestones as agreed with the CM and PMO.
Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in Architecture/Civil Engineering
  • Ability to think methodically, and interpret specifications and dimensions
  • Must be smart and agile
  • Must be analytical and meticulous with good communication skills
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in project management and construction.
  • Project Management certification is mandatory.
