  • Our client, seeks to recruit an Operations Manager (Restaurant/Lounge/Gym/Dance Studio)
  • This is open to either Male/Female applicants
Requirements
  • ‎Must be a Graduate in any discipline
  • A positive upbeat personality is required
  • Monitoring Client's reactions and confer frequently with service staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Must provide professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all employees follow the example.
  • The ability to implement corporate policies, procedures, guidelines, traditions and initiatives is very key.
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business.
  • Candidate must live close to Lekki Phase 1 or its environs
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must have prior experience within the Hospitality sector
  • Must be social media savvy
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Must be able to work late hours and under pressure.
  • This role requires someone with experience in creating concepts. The person must anticipate heavy business times and organize procedures to handle it effectively.
