We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Marketing Executive Location: Abuja Reports To: Team Lead S&M& Brach Manager Direct Reports: Sales & Marketing Team Job Purpose

  • To ensure the sales and marketing service is efficiently and effectively delivered in line with business plan expectations and that the service continuously improves to meet best practice and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in researching and providing market intelligence reports regularly or as necessary.
  • Constantly fulfilling assigned sales targets.
  • Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
  • Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
  • Direct responsibility to market the company’s product.
  • Arranging site inspections to generate sales, manage clients and their transactions.
  • Update client databases.
  • Preparing offer letters and cheque details.
  • Answering queries and concerns from upset clients
  • Contribute in marketing communication materials to promote the Company as a brand.
  • Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme
  • Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities
  • Updating the assigned database.
  • Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
Qualification/ Person Specification
  • At least a B.Sc/HND in any related course
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience
  • Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) will be an added advantage
  • Highly creative with ability to think out-of-box
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Current on industry standards and best practices
  • Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
  • Ability work under pressure
  • Must be resident in Abuja and familiar with Abuja road network
  • Must be familiar with the key business institutions (public & private sector) in Abuja
  • Previous sales & marketing experience in the bank is an added advantage

    Job Title: Team Lead, Sales & Marketing Location: Abuja Reports To: Regional Head & Branch Manager Direct Reports : Sales and Marketing Supervisors & Officers Job Purpose
  • To ensure the sales and marketing service is efficiently and effectively delivered in line with business plan expectations and that the service continuously improves to meet best practice and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct responsibility to effectively market & sellthe Company’s products through constant sourcing of viable clients.
  • Actively contribute to the conceptualization of marketing strategies to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Drafting of relevant correspondences and documents to communicate the Company’s position on any transaction concerning new and existing clients.
  • Develop effective training programs to teach new employees on how to win customers.
  • Constantly motivate team members to close sales.
  • Negotiating deals with group and individual prospects.
  • Continuously set targets, weekly, monthly and yearly goals for the team.
  • Fully participate in site inspections to activate sales transactions.
  • Participate in researching and providing market intelligence reports every quarter.
  • Contribute to developing and advising on marketing communication materials to promote the Company as a brand.
  • Manage and disseminate information about clients and their transactions to concerned departments with Manager’s clearance.

  • Schedule and Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team.

  • Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) will be an added advantage
  • Highly creative with ability to think out-of-box
