We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Flight Dispatcher Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Category: Others Job Type: Contracts Job Nature: Rotational Job Description

  • Dispatches all client's helicopter in Port Harcourt observing all safety procedures and regulations;
  • Liaises closely with the helicopter contractor personnel and offshore / onshore sites (Radio rooms operators and Air Logistics Supervisors);
  • Monitors all helicopter operations and immediately report all safety observations (anomalies) to the NAF Base Coordinator, or Air Logistics Supervisor or to the Head of client's Logistics Operations, Aviation Advisor and HSE;
  • Coordinates checking-in of all the client's passengers travelling by helicopters, controls the validity of their IDs, offshore certificates (BOSIET, HUET, BST, SAS, CA-EBS and medical fitness certificates). Responsible for the flight safety: checks and records on manifest correct passenger and luggage weights. Prepares non-compliance reports if any deficiency found with the personnel papers;
  • Ensures that all passengers watch the safety video briefing;
  • Prepares helicopter manifests and ensures their prompt delivery to the aircraft Commander;
  • Closes the manifest after the departure of each helicopter and sends it to correct site as per the approved distribution list;
  • Maintains a constant watch on all client's flights dispatched and keeps all personnel concerned with the flight informed about its status;
  • Operates the PTS system: holds the PTS SERVICE role, checks in passengers, starts the flight, runs the flight and closes the flight. Mobilizes and demobilizes personnel in PTS, books passengers on PTS;
  • Provides sound support and advice to all travelling client's Personnel, especially if any difficulties develop, for example COMAPNY staff and COMAPNY-contracted personnel getting stranded while travelling in Nigeria, visa issues, etc.
  • Maintains good contact with all travelling personnel and all helicopter contractors to take into account any problems encountered and to consider ideas to improve safety and efficiency of the operations;
  • Liaises closely with the helicopter provider contracted for medical evacuation and medical rescue to ensure smooth operations;
  • Participates in the definition of the logistics procedures relating to the personnel movements;
  • Keeps accurate records of all helicopter operations: verifies and validates the helicopter daily flight hours by signing the daily flight reports (Multiple Sector Load Sheets);
  • Keeps records of no show personnel and personnel arriving late for their flights, records all flight delays and their causes, prepares no show and flight delay reports;
  • Must be a highly organized person, anticipate changes, timely inform Head of client's Logistics Operations and Aviation Adviser if any difficulties develop;
  • Must possess a high level of business integrity and etiquette as the SERVICE holder will be dealing with the Company top management;
  • Compiles daily the client's passenger data base by client location (extracted from PTS and then formatted in Excel);
  • Prepares weekly and monthly flight hours summaries (by aircraft and contractor), verification of the aircraft flight hours: contractors’ summaries and daily flight reports checked against the Company records
  • Verifies the A1 jet fuel recharges submitted by contractors;
  • Responsible for consistent, and neat filing of all the documentation (flight reports, manifests, fuel records, etc.): documents organized in a chronological order, arranged neatly inside the binders, binders clearly identified and labeled;
  • Prepares ad-hoc reports if requested by the management;
Job Requirements

    Job Title: Offshore Logistics Coordinator Location: Nigeria Category: Others Job Type: Contracts Job Nature: Rotational Job Description
  • Under the supervision of the Marine Operations Manager (MOM) on the FPSO organizes and coordinates the Marine and Helicopter Logistics activities on site in close coordination with various entities and the Head of Logistics Operations, in compliance with budgets and in full respect of the Group’s policies and regulations on Health, Safety, Environmental Protection and Quality;
  • Oversees the day-to-day logistics operations and assists the MOM with administration and management of the logistics contracts;
  • Processes intra-field transfer requests and organizes all intra-field personnel transfers by means of crew boats (surfers) and personnel transfer basket (as appropriate);
  • Jointly with HSE ensures that all passengers watch the helicopter, crew boat and personnel transfer basket (Billy Pugh, FROG) safety video induction (depending on the intended means of transport);
  • Holds the PTS Key User role. He is in charge of the POB, manages and operates the PTS system, supervises the PTS technical clerk on-board if applicable;
  • Regularly liaise with the Deepwater Head of Logistics Operations, Marine, HSE and Methods Superintendents, Logistics Bases in Port Harcourt, Onne and Ladol, site Offshore Logistics Leader and his counterparts on PHC District sites (as required);
  • Acts as the primary correspondent for the Helicopter pilots, Masters of supply vessels, terminal tugs and crew boats (surfers), under the supervision of MOM;
  • He is the only person authorized on Site to modify the flight program and helicopter manifests according to the priorities, emergencies and downgraded situations on site and/or as authorized by the OIM;
  • Monitors all daily helicopter activities in accordance with the program issued by the client's Travel Logistics in Lagos and makes sure that the schedules are respected in order to return to PHC NAF base and Lagos before the limit hours. He organizes the crew changes and ensures that bookings have been processed on the PTS and validated;
  • Optimizes Jet A1 fuel on site. Modifies the helicopter flight schedule, if necessary, to ensure the on-site refueling;
  • Manages all vessel movements on site. Liaises regularly with the drilling rigs and OIMR/construction vessels to know their loading plans, priorities, prepares and issues site daily vessel movement schedule taking into account cargo priorities of various platforms;
  • Attends Daily Coordination Meeting with the OIM, and other section heads;
  •  Ensures that adequate stock of Marine Gas Oil, potable water is available at all times for the operations. Prepares all required paperwork and manifests relating to received and discharged cargo from vessels. He is familiar with the various types of cargo carrying units including their markings;
  • Ensures that stock level of Marine gas oil and fresh water on supply vessels and terminal tugs are correctly followed up in order to anticipate future needs;
  • Follows-up Diesel bunker vessel operations in the field;
  • Assumes duties of Muster checker at emergency muster station during alarm situation;
  • Follows up on the POB. He is in charge of PTS, T card system, POB planning. If such asset is present, he receives the Flotel POB report and reports it to the OIM when required;
  • Prepares and dispatches Daily Logistics Report to the OIM and other nominated recipients;
  • Prepares any other ad-hoc reports as requested by the management;
  •  Reviews the site logistics procedures, identifies improvements and proposes changes to the MOM;
  • Applies COMPANY procedures for personnel and cargo transportation. He is well familiar with emergency procedures and applies them when necessary;
  • He allocates cabins and lifeboats and updates the POB;
  • Reports all unsafe conditions (anomalies) primarily related to the helicopter, marine operations and cargo operations;
  • He is expected to take over any other duties within his competency as requested by management on board, without any restrictions
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma and minimum of 5 years Oil and Gas Industry Experience in a similar capacity;

  • Plans, coordinates, and supervises the clien's Rotary logistics operations for all client's sites in close collaboration with various entities: User Departments, aviation and other contractors, service companies, etc.;
  • Drafts the weekly flight program, approves it by the Head of Logistics Ops, issues the final revision;
  • Has the authority to delay or completely cancel any flight if unsafe conditions detected;
  • Proposes improvements to flight programs to optimize aircraft utilization;
  • Keeps abreast of all operational changes to timely coordinate amendments to the daily flight program;
  • Holds the PTS Administrator role, manages and operates the PTS system, trains personnel on PTS;
  • Modifies personnel profiles in PTS as required. Updates the safety certificates information;
  • Acts as the focal point to receive all PTS Personnel Bookings, timely distributes the bookings to appropriate PTS technical clerks for processing, processes Personnel Bookings himself
  • Verifies, consolidates and timely distributes all client's Passenger Manifests;
  • Follows up on flights progress and reports it to his hierarchy;
  • Provides sound support to all travelling client's personnel, especially if any difficulties develop at the time of check-in, Immigration and Passport Control, accommodation difficulties, etc.;
  • Interfaces with COMPANY Immigration Office to ensure that visa issues (if any) are resolved smoothly;
  • Processes regularly all daily helicopter flight reports, daily updates actual flight times file, verifies monthly helicopter flight hours summaries and submits them for approval by the Head of Logistics Operations
  • Prepares weekly passenger traffic reports and any other ad-hoc reports;
  • Liaises with the NAF Base Coordinator to manage and motivates subordinate personnel (his deputy, PHC helicopter dispatchers and vehicle drivers). Promotes safe and responsible work culture, and an injury-free work environment;
  • Liaises with the NAF Base Coordinator to manage the passenger vehicles and drivers dedicated to client's PHC logistics operations;

    Job Title: Ladol Base - Logistics Superintendent Location: Nigeria Job Type: Contracts Category: Others Job Nature: Rotational Job Description HSE:
  • Ensure that LADOL teams respect and implement LADOL and COMPANY HSE requirements in operations
  •  Ensure that relevant PTWs are in place and where necessary adherence to Lift plans and permits
  • Ensure that all incidents and anomalies are reported, closed out and necessary reports written.
Coordination of Quayside operations:
  •  Supervision of the LADOL Logistics team operations
  • Interfaces with vessel masters/LADOL teams to ensure that Loading plans are in place with optimal deck usage
  • Coordinates with LADOL teams to ensure that all required equipment are available and functional at the Quayside to avoid delays to COMPANY operations
  •  Coordinates Tank cleaning operations and other services that may be provided at the Quayside and ensures that required PTW and HSE rules are respected.
  • Management of Vessels movements
  •  Prepares vessel daily planning (arrival and departure schedules) to/ from LADOL base and ensures that LADOL teams are available to achieve the plans for departures within defined KPIs in synergy with Field locations and Logistics Operations
  • Coordinates vessel crew change at LADOL base (crew change, chandelling and vessel supplies
  • Coordinates with MOC at Onne on vessel departures
  • Conducts COMPANY induction for vessels on arrival and follows up marine actions in the absence of Marine Superintendent
Coordination of materials Dispatch:
  •  Coordinates interface between COMPANY Materials superintendent and the LADOL Logistics teams to ensure that all materials are dispatched to the Field locations
  •  Coordinates with COMPANY SLS and LADOL Logistics teams to ensure that lift plans are in place for critical lifts
  • Ensures that all CCUs being used are certified and quarantines
  • Coordinates the load-out and off-load of all radioactive sources and explosives and ensures that all required measures and personnel are in place.
Planning and reporting:
  • Prepare KPIs for measuring efficiency of Quayside operations (maximum vessel time at port, equipment availability, personnel efficiency)
  •  Prepares, reviews and updates all procedures covering the receipt, handling of materials at the Quayside
  •  Prepare and issue periodic weekly, monthly and annual reports on Quayside operations
  • Interfaces Management
  • Maintains Interface with 3rd party contractors and vendors who have items to dispatch to field locations
  • Coordinates the removal of wastes from Field and collection by waste disposal vendor
Documentation, invoices and measurements:
  •  Implements cargo manifests to be used at Quayside Ensures accurate measurement of all cargo weights and recoding of same in the Service sheets
  •  Ensures that Way bills are in place for all items to be dispatched or received
  •  Ensures accurate measurements are applied for all fluids and bulk transferred to C vessels or discharged
  • Maintains database of COMPANY CCUs.
RLM:
  • Coordinates the usage of RLM modules of SAP, training for LADOL teams and interface with field locations.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Industry in Logistics, marine roles.
Qualification:
  • HND/Degree in Management Sciences/Engineering/Sciences
