• Lead a team of product managers.
• Originate new products in concert with customer needs and business model
• Design products and services to meet needs and gaps as identified by business development and strategy unit.
• Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring projects such as preparation of records of expenditures and research findings, progress reports, and staff conferences, in order to inform management of current status of each project
• Plans and formulates aspects of research and development proposals such as objective or purpose of project, applications that can be utilized from findings, costs of project, and equipment and human resource requirements

• Identify and specify market requirements for current/future products through market research, communication with Sales team and direct customer input.
• Distill marketing requirements into product specifications. Assist in the development of project briefs to ensure functional requirements, market opportunity, competitive landscape, target cost, compliance needs are defined.
• Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
• Work with sales to develop innovative launch programs; leverage digital platforms, to deliver messaging consistent with product strategy.

• Lead a team of Business Development Managers responsible for the Financial Services Institutions.
• Responsible for the P/L of the major segment of the company’s revenue source.
• Develop and manage accounts and partnerships for co-creation of services. sell, bill and collect on services delivered to partners and accounts.
• Drive long term profitable relationship with accounts and partners.
• Responsible for the sales of company IPs/ Platforms in the financials sectors.
• Building relevant partnerships and co-creating with necessary stakeholders in the financial services sector and other sectors of the economy.
• Work with the product management and product development team to create new value propositions based on market gaps. demands and trends.

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships.
• They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations.
• The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks

• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• 7 - 10 years' of finance experience
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required
