We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Location: Nigeria Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for maintenance of all assets at the company’s retail stations.
  • The incumbent ensures there is minimal or no disruption of station operations as a result of equipment failure.
  • The maintenance engineer will supervise repair and upgrade activities at all ERS facilities within his/her coverage region.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure zero downtime of the company’s equipment.
  • Ensure architectural drawings are followed to ascertain layout, location and specifications of items to be installed.
  • Keep record of all maintenance activities on equipment and facilities (generator, pumps, UST’s MID, Building, gates) and issuance of job completion certificate and processing of payment.
  • Supervise all maintenance works (which includes civil, mechanical, electrical and steel works) to ensure quality of work is done as required.
  • Provide estimates for quantities of materials needed.
  • Develop maintenance strategies for installation and commissioning guidelines.
  • Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and responds to equipment faults when necessary.
  • Manage inventory of spares and substitutes to mitigate zero downtime of the company’s equipment.
  • Advise on any upgrade and changes that are needed to improve the performance of equipment and systems.
  • Evaluate and verify vendors’ performance through the review of completed projects and work techniques.
  • Act and advise on any unsafe practice or condition which may put workers or the environment at risk.
Education
  • B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Preferred Years of Experience: 3 year(s)

  • Responsible for developing, creating, implementing and maintaining the brand image of ENYO Retail as approved by the board.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as lead on the development and delivery of all internal and external communications, marketing materials for ENYO Retail.
  • Develop digital content and ensure consistency in brand communication across all company platforms.
  • Ensure that all internal and external communications are clear, well timed, engaging, and of a high quality in line with the brand’s identity.
  • Create high quality material for press releases, statements, blogs, articles, briefings, and social media accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with agencies and third-party authorities.
  • Manage day-to-day public-facing communications, public engagements, media interviews, press trips, social media relations and presence.
  • Develop and maintaining solid relationships with journalists, politicians and other key stakeholders.

  • The SM is the key driver of station operations.
  • He/She is the chief EHSSQ, sales and customer service officer at the retail station.
  • The role coordinates all financial and human assets towards the attainment of set goals.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure station operates in a consistently clean, safe and customer friendly environment.
  • Ensure the highest standards are met with respect to product quality, customer service and experience.
  •  Protect the company’s corporate image and reputation by maintaining product, human and environmental integrity.
  • Ensure that all sales and financial objectives are attained consistently.
  • Ensure all station personnel perform their duties in accordance with Station Operation Procedure.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent use of SBE/EE or any other platforms to track sales, inventory and P&L on SBE® or as may be advised by the company.
  • Ensure timely reporting and reconciliation of sales/expenses and cash reports.
  • Ensure proper inventory management and product receipt to reduce exposure to stock loss.
  • Coordinate marketing activities for attainment of marketing goals.
  • Ensure effective liaison with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth running and maintenance of acceptable standards at NFR.
  •  Prepare relevant periodic reports and carry out other duties that may be assigned by the SML.
Education and Work Experience
  • Minimum of HND.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in the Retail Station.
