We are recruiting to fill the following positions below in Rivers State:     Job Title: Lead Process Engineer Location: Port Harcourt Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced process engineer who can analyze new plant system operations and develop efficient site-specific solutions that can be turned over as acceptable deliverables.
  • Reporting to the Project Team Lead, the Process Engineer will be responsible for testing new processes, collecting data required to make improvements and modifications and generating the corresponding process deliverables.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Undertake scoping study level trade-off evaluations of process alternatives from regular site visits
  • Generate Simulations and Site Visit Reports from Process/safety studies
  • Develop Site-Specific Process Documentations for the project work package
  • Develop Process/Safety Specifications for the project work package
  • Perform detailed engineering calculations and generate corresponding data
  • Generate and review all process drawings with Project Team
  • Carry out site support services for Asbuilt Engineering
  • Review all process documentations with Project Team Lead
  • Develop processing plans, methods, materials handling, manpower requirements, cost analysis and other areas as appropriate for construction;
  • Generate daily progress reports to Project Team Lead
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • 10 years of cognate work experience in Basic/Detailed Engineering projects in the Oil and Gas/Energy industry.
  • Proficient in HAZOP/HAZID assessment/studies
  • Proven history of generating accurate technical deliverables like (PFDs,UFDs,P&IDs,PSDs,MSDs), Datasheets, Calculations Reports, Philosophies and Simulations for HCB/Gas plant facilities
  • Adept/Expert use of simulation and drafting softwares (HYSIS, PIPESIM, FLARENET, Pipe Mech, CAD, etc)
  • Conversant with Engineering design Codes and standard in the industry i.e GPSA, API and ASME
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relate technical issues in an easily
  • digestible manner
  • Willingness to work interdependently as a team member
  • Must be resident in Port Harcourt
    Job Title: Lead Piping Engineer Location: Port Harcourt Job Description
  • Reporting to the Project Team Lead, the Piping Engineer will be responsible for piping/pipeline & pressure equipment design according to established company standards and international codes requirement and generating the corresponding piping/pipeline deliverables in the project.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Carry out site assessments/ evaluations to obtain/modify the required piping/pipeline deliverables from regular site visits
  • Develop piping/pipeline specifications and Site Visit Reports
  • Provide piping technical input to P&IDs including piping classes, valve types and special items.
  • Develop Piping & Pipeline Specifications for the project work package
  • Perform detailed engineering calculations and generate corresponding data
  • Generate and review all piping/pipeline plant drawings & 3d models with Project Team
  • Carry out site support services for Asbuilt Engineering
  • Review all piping /pipeline documentations with the Project Team Lead
  • Develop piping & pipeline MTO for the Work Package
  • Generate daily progress reports to Project Team Lead
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10 years of cognate work experience in Detailed Engineering projects in the Oil and Gas/Energy industry.
  • Proven history of generating accurate technical deliverables like P&IDs, Key Plans, Piping Plot Plans, ISOs, Datasheets, Calculations Reports, for Gas plant and Utilities facilities
  • Expert use of modelling and drafting softwares (PIPE MECH, PDMS, CAD, NAVISWORKS & SPREADSHEET) is compulsory
  • Conversant with Engineering design Codes and standard in the industry i.e API, ASTM, ANSI and ASME
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relate technical issues in an easily
  • digestible manner
  • Willingness to work interdependently as a team member

Job Title: Lead Instrumentation Engineer Location: Port HarcourtJob Description
  • Reporting to the Project Team Lead, the Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for designing engineering process, documenting process and implemented changes on field instruments according to established company standards and international codes requirement and generating the corresponding instrumentation deliverables in the project.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Carry out site assessments/evaluations to obtain/modify the required instrumentation deliverables from regular site visits
  • Develop instrumentation specifications and Site Visit Reports
  • Carry our instrument documentations using the INTOOLS database, execution plans & detailed schedule for the EPC package
  • Perform detailed engineering calculations and generate corresponding data sheets and lists
  • Generate and review all instrumentation drawings & with Project Team
  • Carry out site support services for Asbuilt Engineering
  • Review all instrumentation documentations with the Project Team Lead
  • Develop piping & pipeline MTO for the Work Package
  • Generate daily progress reports to Project Team Lead
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • 10 years of cognate work experience in Detailed Engineering projects in the Oil and Gas/Energy industry.
  • Proven history of generating accurate technical deliverables for Gas plant and Utilities facilities
  • Expert use of analysis and design softwares (INTOOLS, SKM and EDSA) is compulsory
  • Conversant with Engineering design Codes and standard in the industry i.e API, IEC, IPS and IEEE
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relate technical issues in an easily digestible manner
  • Willingness to work interdependently as a team member
  • Must be resident in Port Harcourt.
