Job involves impacting technical knowledge to skilled and unskilled workers from industrial sector, power sector and manufacturing sector, through the use of modern training aids, simulation.

Task

Ensure the timely preparation of manuals
Manage power and equipments
Repair electrical faults on facilities
Development of manual for various courses
Foresee technical logistics
Advice on technical training equipment for efficient delivering of courses
Conduct recruitments interview for technical personnel

Job Requirements

Candidate must have gone through NAPTIN training
Ability to develop training curriculum
Ability to facilitate effectively
Ability to develop training proposals technically
Ability to develop new courses
Ability to coordinate training programmes and follow up where necessary
Any other duty as may be assigned
Must have B.Sc/B.END/HND in electrical engineering
Must have 3-5 years experience is required

Job skills:

Effective communication skill
Fast learner in non-skilled areas
Computer appreciation - Ms word, power-point, excel
Electrical/electronic designing, maintenance and troubleshooting
