• Material requisition
• Pricing tender
• Site measurement for variation & valuation
• Pre & post project work ( Financial reporting & Accounting)
• Feasibility & viability study of project construction
• Material schedule
• Interim / final valuations
• Bill of Quantities
• Construction cost estimating

• Effective IT Skill; Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, project, power point )
• Safe work Habits
• Excellent communication skill
• Solid time management skill
• Follow Yield management procedures
• Good working knowledge of Auto CAD & QS-CAD
• Accurately take and process requisitions
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task several priorities
• Crystal reporting system experience

• B.Sc in Quantity Surveying
• M.Sc in Quantity Surveying

• Nigerian Institute Of Quantity Surveyors
• Institute of cost management

• 5 years minimum in a similar post.
