Job Title: Medical Warehouse Supervisor
Locations: Lagos State and Abuja.
Contract start date: October 2018
Duration: 5 years
About the Role
- Crown Agents are pleased to be recruiting Warehouse Supervisors to support the Operations of the Abuja Premier Medical Warehouse and Lagos Federal Central Medical Warehouse by;
- Managing reception, dispatch, stacking, packing-for-shipping of commodities at the warehouses
- Providing storage, inventory management and other value-added services to facility users
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance on the warehouse infrastructure and assets in line with good industry practices
- This role is subject to a successful bid
- If successful, this role, which will be based in Abuja and Lagos, will commence in October 2018 for a period of 5 years.
About you
As the Warehouse Supervisor you will possess the following qualifications and experience;
- Degree in Pharmacy/ Pharmacology
- At least 7 years professional experience
- Knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures

Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk - Medical Warehousing
Locations: Abuja and Lagos

About the Role
- Crown Agents are pleased to be recruiting Inventory Control Clerks to support the Operations of the Abuja Premier Medical Warehouse and Lagos Federal Central Medical Warehouse.
The overall project includes:
- Managing reception, dispatch, stacking, packing-for-shipping of commodities at the warehouses
- Providing storage, inventory management and other value-added services to facility users
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance on the warehouse infrastructure and assets in line with good industry practices
As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will support the project by:
- Warehouse Management Software
- Records management.
About you
As an Inventory Control Clerk you will possess the following qualifications and experience;
- HND in a related discipline (Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management)
- At least 5 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management

Job Title: Superintendent Pharmacist and Logistics Specialist
Location: Nigeria

About the Role
- Crown Agents are pleased to be recruiting a Superintendent Pharmacist and Logistics Specialist.
- The jobholder will be one of the key personnel responsible for the Operations of the Abuja Premier Medical Warehouse and Lagos Federal Central Medical Warehouse by;
- Managing reception, dispatch, stacking, packing-for-shipping of commodities at the warehouses
- Providing storage, inventory management and other value-added services to facility users
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance on the warehouse infrastructure and assets in line with good industry practices
As the Superintendent Pharmacist and Logistics Specialist your specific responsibilities will be to:
- Act as the key point of contact between the operator and client regarding site operations
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner in compliance with QA/RA requirements.
- Ensure that all documents pertaining to quality and regulatory affairs are filed in the appropriate folders in the daily course of duties
- Oversee the destruction process of expired/unused SKU’s and drugs in line with Federal regulations and drug disposal policy
- Submit weekly stock reports, indicating which items are near to expiry and/or minimum stock levels
- Submit weekly temperature and humidity reports
- Conduct a physical inventory of all stock on a monthly basis

About you
As the Superintendent Pharmacist and Logistics Specialist you will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology and be a licensed pharmacist
- At least 10 years professional experience
- Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of Medical Products and supplies
- Proven experience in providing advice to senior-level government stakeholders
- Experience providing advice to senior level government stakeholders

Job Title: Operations Manager - Medical Warehouse Logistics
Location: Nigeria

About the role
- We are pleased to be recruiting an Operations Manager with experience in working within Medical Warehouses.
- As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all site operations and processes of the Abuja Premier Medical Warehouse and Lagos Federal Central Medical Warehouse by:
- Managing reception, dispatch, stacking, packing-for-shipping of commodities at the warehouses
- Providing storage, inventory management and other value-added services to facility users
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance on the warehouse infrastructure and assets in line with good industry practices
About you
- As the Operations Manager you will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor Degree in logistics or business administration
- At least 10 years of experience in cold chain, pharma and/or food industry
- Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
- Specific technical knowledge of logistics i.e. material handling equipment, products, work
- methods, WMS, Lean Six Sigma, 5S+S etc.
- Has proven experience in providing advice to senior-level government stakeholders.

Responsibilities
As the Manager of Finance and Administration your specific responsibilities will be to:
- Prepare annual budget covering revenues and costs for the operations of the Abuja Premier Medical Warehouse and Lagos Federal Central Medical Warehouse
- Ensure the collection of pertinent cost information (relating to staff time, utilities, and other expenditures) to accurately reconcile actual expenditures to budgeted expenditures on a year to-year basis
- Prepare annual management accounts, financial statements and works with auditors to prepare audited financial statements
About You
As the Manager of Administration and Finance you will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a professional certification (CFA, CPA)
- At least 10 years of experience in similar duties/roles in cold chain, pharma and/or food industry
- Budget preparation
- Annual financial statement preparation
- Experience in using software (professional off-the-shelf or proprietary solution) for cost accounting
- Prior supervision experience would be an advantage
