In furtherance of our objective of meeting the learning requirements of manufacturing companies in the Otta/Agbara zone, a decision has been made to establish a learning centre in Otta. • The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing training programmes, as well assisting in the process of research of course contents.

• The successful candidates for these positions will have Degrees in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering with not less than three years relevant experience.

• Suitable candidates will be graduates of Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with not less than ten years facilitation/training experience in the areas of focus of the firm.
• He/She will have competence in programme research & development as well as the delivery of training programmes in their respective areas of competence.

• The successful candidate for the position will have similar qualifications as for the Centre Manager, but with not less than seven year industry/teaching experience.
• He/She will assist the Centre Manager in business development and in the facilitation of training programmes in his areas of competence.

• The appointee will be a graduate of Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with not less than Ten years industry experience, at senior levels, as well as a flair/experience for teaching & research at the intermediate/senior levels.
• The appointee will have a flair for business development and should be capable of interacting at senior levels with Learning Managers as well as the Chief Engineers of Manufacturing/Production companies.
• He/She will be responsible for the profitable operation of the centre.

• Qualification in Petroleum engineering or related disciplines (preferably at post-graduate level).
• Not less than ten years experience in the upstream/oil services sectors of the industry.
• Experience in Oil and Gas industry will be ideal.

• Strong business development skills.
• Ability to design and implement training and development programmes.
• Sourcing and implementation of recruitment and outsourcing briefs from companies in the industry.
• Ability to source both local and international technical partners across business models, which will in time include sourcing engineer projects for the upstream and mid-stream sectors of the economy.
