We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Experienced Financial Risk Management Officer Ref Id: 134136BR Location: Lagos Engagement Type: Coop Qualifications and Skills Required

Minimum of 2-4 years of banking experience or in FRM consulting services for financial institutions or relevant roles in industry
Graduate degree preferably in a Numerical/Analytical field with a minimum of second class upper degree
Previous consulting experience with demonstrated track record of quality work and productive team interactions is a plus
Strong knowledge of financial risk management methodologies and solutions
Exposure to Basel 2/3 and Basel implementation projects
Good knowledge of financial instruments and products and the financial industry
Sufficient understanding of banking regulations
Strong analytical skills and rigor
Strong IT skills on Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong technology and model building skills: Expertise in Excel, ability to implement programs in VBA or SQL from ground up, knowledge of database skills (MS SQL) a plus
Experience working with various business process flows and technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
High initiative, autonomy and leadership
Motivation to achieve high standards of customer service and professionalism

Knowledge of application, servers, database and networks (Unix, Linux, Windows)
Knowledge of cyber security fundamental – CISSP, NIST, ISO 27001
Ethical hacking Skills – CEH
Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions e.g. Identify Access Management, security monitoring, privilege account security, security operations/processes, vulnerability management technologies
Knowledge of business continuity management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery frameworks (DR)

Skill sets required for IT Assurance

Data Analytics using computer assisted Audit techniques (CAAT Tools)
Information systems control and Audit
Telecommunication Revenue Assurance
Technology Risk Assessment (SQL, Database Management System)

Skill sets required for Technology Enablement

ERP implementation skills
Deep functional skills of ERP (ORACLE, SAP, Microsoft dynamics)
Software Testing skills
Data migration skills (ETL)
Performance testing skills
Infrastructural/Technical skills for software.
