  • Responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of the volunteers’/support workforce
  • Understand the various aspects of the game of football that ensures a good game and experience for both volunteers and the fans
  • Assess and evaluate performance of volunteer personnel.
  • Train a broad spectrum of persons and personalities into achievers
  • Transform complex information and activities into a simple enjoyable one
  • Inculcate basic social skills and etiquette in young boisterous people
  • Manage demand and training expectations of the volunteers
  • Enforcement of organization/activation policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement a training model and module
  • Help volunteers understand the importance of their role

Qualifications
  • B.Sc Social sciences, Art, Human Kinetics/PHE
  • Minimum of 3 years experience

    Job Title: Driver Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Versatile, intelligent and smart individuals who are masters of the road and able to pilot a Truck Expertly (40ft).
Key Role
  • Must have extensive knowledge of the road network in Nigeria and has logged over 120,000 hours driving a Truck across the nook and cranny of the country.
  • Adhere to extant local and state driving laws and road regulations.
  • Report any accidents or injuries to Supervisors immediately.
  • Maintain the vehicle clean and safe.
  • Perform vehicle inspection before and after each trip.
  • Drive safely and deliver equipment and materiel in pre–loading conditions and within deadlines.
  • Notify supervisors about any damage major repairs and maintenance's.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of SSCE
  • Age 28-35years preferabl
  • A Valid Driver's License
  • Must be fluent in English and be likeable
  • Steady driving hand and be ready to drive long hours
  • Must be well behaved
  • Familiarity with interstate roads and traffic patterns

    Job Title: Project Associate Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Reportorial: Reports to the Regional Coordinator and maintains a dotted reportorial line to Project coordinator/supervisor
Key Role
  • Assist the regional coordinator in carrying out their project deliverables.
  • Support development of specific engagement/activation protocols and policies.
  • Maintain a dairy of all activities and deliverables.
  • Engage with relevant/critical institutional stakeholders and key decision makers. Plan/strategize for contingency(ies) planning and risk mitigation and schedule project deliverables, milestones and goals in consort with the regional coordinator.
  • Develop and review data base of assets and materiel for his/her team.
  • Organize booking resources, meetings and scheduling and prepare meeting materials.
  • Coordinate, manage and engage in meetings with third party vendors/suppliers/contractors (in field).
  • Manage projects design, development and execution direction.
  • Maintain central repository storage and accuracy of client supplier information/ documentation by maintaining project artifacts.
  • Organize booking resources, meetings and participant scheduling and prepare meeting materials
  • Request, track and process purchase/payment dockets orders and generate project change
Qualifications
  • B.Sc/B.A/HND in Art, Social Science and Sciences
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Age: 27-32 years preferably.
