• We currently require the services of an experienced and dynamic Software Developer.
• The ideal candidates must have a proven track record of achievement in similar roles. Experience in the telecommunications industry will be an added advantage.
• Participate in every stage of feature development from design and brainstorming through feature implementation, including fixing that last critical bug under a tight release deadline.
• Work as part of a dynamic team collaborating closely with other developers, developers’ teams and product marketing.
• Review requirements and provide input
• Create functional specifications and designs
• Implement major features from scratch
• Create unit tests for features
• Work with QA to ensure the quality of the feature
• Contribute to design & overall product architecture.

• Minimum of 3 years mobile and web application development
• First Degree in Computer science, mathematics or any related science discipline;
• Good understanding of OOP and good knowledge of Java or .NET and PHP technologies with scripting & scheduled jobs development;
• Experience in software development and familiarity with latest server technologies frameworks such as MVC, NHibernate/Hibernate, Entity Framework, Restful API, Laravel, Code igniter etc.
• Experience in mobile development with frameworks like cordova, ionic native, reactNative etc.
• Experience in unit testing, code reviews, continuous integration, git, UML, UI design and usability, reactive programming, working with external teams, scrum;
• Experience with developing web applications both independently and as part of a team;
• Hands-on experience with VAS (USSD, SMS, IVR, WEB) technologies development & deployment on mobile network platform
• Understanding of both Relational and Non-Relational databases and;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent collaborative skill;
• Attention to detail; Comfortable working in a loosely structured organization;
• Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules;
• Be eager to learn new technologies and solutions;
• Sound knowledge on IT Application architecture, Design methodologies across multiple platforms;

• We currently require the services of an experienced and dynamic Mobile Product Manager
• The ideal candidates must have a proven track record of achievement in similar roles. Experience in the telecommunications industry will be an added advantage.

• Periodically engage in Market research and product research to identify the key requirements for a new product or a product upgrade.
• Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with various departments in the company
• Constantly Ensure a market driven and well thought out product offering, including pricing, placement, and promotion.
• Regularly Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
• Provide information for management by preparing periodic short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports, analysis, Develop, measure and track Return On Investments (ROI) of products.
• Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, marketing, analyse and troubleshoot product issues in a timely fashion.
• Sharp focus on revenue and margin opportunities that fit the company’s strategy and core competencies.
• Regularly Communicate new product ideas and concepts to Manager, Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Ensure Coordination in preparing product design documents and specifications and identify the features that can be incorporated.
• Obtains product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies.
• Complete product development projects within allotted budgets and timelines.
• Work with external third parties to develop partnerships and opportunities.

• 4-7 years of hands-on product management or product development experience
• Experience using product management tools like stage - gate, Agile
• Results-oriented and good project management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to Write exceptional original material, edit, proofread, and finalize written material.
• Ability to Gather and report numerical data and produce statistical reports.
• Excellent collaborative skill;

• In Charge of Management of the sport based service portal and Social Media Engagements
• Manage and update Platform blog with recent and relevant content
• Regularly Upload Images and multimedia content on the portal
• Contact winners in different game categories as per pre-defined schedule
• Moderate comments on the portal and develop engaging materials for discussion
• Generate interesting and engaging quiz for the portal
• Manage relationships with third party service providers
• General platform management and update
• Manage all the social media accounts of the service
• Create relationships with professionals in the field of sport and improve the business by taking advantage of already existing relationships.
• Carry out any other related functions with regards to the productivity of the service portal

• 1-2 years of hands-on content development/ Portal management experience
• Background in Mass Communication is an added advantage
• Experience managing social media accounts is an added advantage
• Results-oriented and good project management skills.
