• A good knowledge of the British Curriculum.
• Developing a strategic plan for the school, in consultation with the school Executive.
• Managing and monitoring of implementation of the resource allocation process within the school.
• Creating a supportive working environment for all staff in the school and fostering their career development.
• Ensuring the effective delivery of high quality teaching and the maintenance of academic standards.
• Lead, motivate and manage staff by delegating responsibility, setting expectations and targets and evaluating staff performance
• Raising the academic standards of the school and strengthen the ties between parents and management.

• Must have at least 5 – 10 years’ relevant working experience
• Ideal candidate must have taught and headed a nursery and primary school.
• Computer proficiency, interpreting and implementing a school curriculum.

• B.Ed, M.Ed. in relevant discipline

• Must have an excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in computer application usage.
• Effective communication skills.

• B.SC, B.ED in relevant discipline

• At least 3 years’ experience
• Excellent and effective communication skill & good team player
• Good knowledge of classroom management
• Excellent reading and writing skills.

• B.ED, B.SC
