Empire Trust Microfinance Bank is a financial organization incorporated by CAC on 30th May, 2014 and was licensed by the CBN on November 20th 2014. Empire Trust Microfinance Bank (ETMfB) officially commenced operations on 12th February 2015. ETMfB was created with the objective to reduce Nigerian population living below poverty line by intervening and enhancing the capacities of the low-end actively engaged populace which is in line with the global initiative of poverty alleviation. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Admin Location: Lagos Job Description

Maintenance of Company fleets from time to time basis
To supervise and coordinate with the drivers and security from time to time
Checking of post office mails on a weekly matter
Attending to Resident association issue from time to time
Preparation of various administrative report required by management from time to time
To ensure deliverables of team assigned
Any other task assigned
Provides office stationaries supplies and cleaning supplies by identifying company needs
Renewal of vehicle particulars from time to time basis
Providing printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery and getting approval of invoices from MD/CEO
General maintenance of Premises, fire extinguishers and servicing of machines, air conditioners, inverters from time to time basis
To ensure the monthly subscription of DSTV,LAWMA,PHCN and other utility bills is paid on due date
