Tierone Properties and Construction is a property search website dedicated to rentals, lease, sales of properties and construction. We have already sold more than 5,000 Homes and we are still going at very good pace. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Estate Agent Location: Lagos Key Responsibilities

  • Personal sales and service to customers achieving optimal sales targets.
  • Initiating and fostering customer relations.
  • Smart, rugged and innovative individuals
  • Self driven. Fast learning with an ability to work in a team
  • The Estate Agent secures property from property owners for the organisation.
  • Preparing, planning and maximising the strength of Tierone brand.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with property owners
  • Create and develop new innovative ways to market existing properties.
  • Ensuring high inflow of income through effective sales and marketing of the magazine
Required Qualification & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or its equivalent in any field
  • Person’s with real estate expertise and interest.
  • Proficiency in any other Nigerian language is an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Lagos Island and its environs
