Kafu Consult Associates - Our client, a reputable Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, is urgently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: Food Scientist/Food Biochemist/Frying Oil Chemist Location: Lagos Requirements

  • Must have a B.Sc in Food Science & Tech, Biochemistry or Applied Sciences. Masters will be advantage
  • Must be ready to work with Minimal or no Supervision to initiate projects
  • Good in Communication and presentation skills and Good in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, MS office Project etc), Power Point etc
  • He/She must have min 3-4 years working experience in QA /R&D in FMCG company especially in Fried Snack Category with expertise in the applications and dynamics of frying oil in Snack Food production (Hands-on=Experience)
  • Will be involved in product Development projects/planning and activities assigned by Product Development Head/Lead
