We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: ICT Support Engineer Location: Abuja Job Field: ICT / ComputerResponsibilities

Developing new technical designs and
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
Support and installation of new application.
Setting up new shares, User profiles (users’ accounts and profiles); for internal staff and clients.
Consciously stablishing good team spirit and working relationship with staff and other Clients.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
Taking staff or clients through a series of technical designs and implementations, either on-site or remotely over the telephone or by email, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;

Requirements

Customer service experience and client focused
Experience of Network design and implementation of network topologies,
Knowledge of structural cabling and patching.
Good Knowledge of IP and other routing protocols.
Network administration and software installation.
Good knowledge of Windows Server.
Good knowledge of Virtualisation and operations, SAN , Firewall (ie. Cisco,Sophos Palo-Alto)
Troubleshooting of Hardware (Laptops and Desktop Systems and network devices).
Qualification required: HND/B.Sc in relevant discipline.
Professional Qualification required: MCSA,CCNA or MCTs
Good team spirit and ability to lean fast.
Min 5 years practical experience.
Other relevant skills may be useful and desirable . (Web design, graphic etc.)
