• Minimum of a B.Sc or HND qualification
• The suitable candidate (male/female) to fill the TLS position must not be more than 30 years & should possess at least 2 years cognate experience from a reputable Real Estate Development Company (or Allied Sector)
• Candidates with no Real Estate background but with marketing experience in other sectors may apply
• Applicants should reside in Ibadan.

• The suitable candidate (male/female) to fill the BCO position must not be above 35 years & should possess at least 5 years cognate experience in Branding, Marketing , Public Relations and Communication.
• Educational qualification should be a minimum of B.Sc or HND
• Applicants should reside in Ibadan

• The suitable candidate (male/female) to fill the TLS position must not be more than 35 years & should possess at least 5 years cognate experience from a reputable Real Estate Development Company (or Allied Sector) with a proven track record and ability to deliver sales.
