We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Supply Chain Manager Location: Delta Job Description

  • To take charge of all supply chain activities and staff in Asaba.
  • He will be responsible to give adequate reports on all inventories at the right time
  • To ensure all bin cards are properly filled
  • To take charge of Standby Equipment and give adequate report.
  • To give report on Stock Movements weekly
  • To ensure there is no gap at any point in inventory control process
  • To maintain a small Imprest system or Petty Cash
  • To manage trucks under his control to deliver products in line with JF policies and procedures
  • To assist in reconciliation of inventories across the region.
  • To attend to any other matter assigned by GM Logistics or CFO
Education Requirements
  • HND in Accountancy/B.Sc in Accounting/Bsc in Suply & Procurement is prefarable
Work Experience Requirements:
  • Must have worked as a supervisor in inventory control for at least 1 year
  • Must have accounting or business background
  • Experience in procurement is an added advantage
  • At least 3 year Work experience in Finance, procurement or logistics department is desirable
    Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Ogun General Description
  • To interpret and implement daily/ weekly/monthly production plan.
  • To ensure that production budget/ target is met.
  • To be able to minimize, if possible eliminate raw and packaging material wastage.
  • Request for stock of all production materials (Raw and Packaging).
  • Monitor all production equipment for efficiency and manning.
  • General knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and fix minor facility challenges (first aid).
  • To put a system in place to drive safety and hygiene processes in the factory environment
  • Give daily stock update report (A.M) to HOS/ Head of factory/CFO/QC
  • To be able to train operatives on all production operations.
Education Requirements
  • Minimum of first Degree/HND in Engineering - Preferably Production Engineering or any related field.
Work Experience Requirements
  • Must have worked as a supervisor in a production company.
  • Must have an engineering background
  • At least 3 year Work experience in factory production department is desirable
  • Certification in HACCP and HSE is an added advantage.
