  • Receive indent and material request from User Departments
  • Ensure best commercials and highest quality possible
  • On-time deliveries
  • In-time Reports
  • Ensure market intelligence is available to seniors
  • Ensure best prices by Vendors
  • Ensure High C Sat
  • Ensure Cost Savings for the Company
  • Manage relationships with Vendors and User Departments
  • Receive Quotes and prepare Comparative Sheets
  • Follow up on timely approvals and Deliveries
  • Prepare Reports and compute Variance
  • Market Visits and Market Intelligence
  • Negotiate with Vendors
  • Satisfy Customer Requirements
  • Ensure Procurement SOP is followed
  • Ensure preferential status by Vendors
Desired Qualifications and Experience
  • Graduate Degree in Economics, Marketing or relevant discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Tally
  • 8-10 years' experience with 4years in managerial role
  • Experience in procurement for a manufacturing company preferred
  • Numeracy
  • Experience
  • Market Knowledge
  • Budgeting / Budget Management
  • Relationship Management
  • Negotiation
