  • Review client’s Maintenance and integrity management system, providing Electrical Specialist insight and identify gaps, including Maintenance and Integrity philosophy, strategies, processes and procedures.
  • Close gaps that have been identified and develop/update the client’s Maintenance and Integrity Management system to optimise performance of the Asset
  • Assess possible Enterprise Asset Management Tool (EAM) that will enable the client to implement the developed management system and make recommendations including, cost of implementation to client.
  • Support the implementation of the EAM tool;
  • Review and confirm asset register for upload into the EAM tool

Qualifications

    Job Title: Lead Production Manager Req ID: Req-1370 Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Manage execution of ship repairs, maintenance, fabrication and related operations in the Yard.
  • Oversee all work programs, ensure work is being done on time and to the quality required.
  • Due to the start-up nature of this organisation the Manager will be required to work at all levels and cover positions which will not be filled until the Yard is more established.
  • Manager must have the ability to carry out and teach welding.
  • Work done in the Yard will include the use of a range of advanced machines, such as CNG welding machines and modern welding technology including usage of Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) automatic welding machines.
  • Implement and maintain international standards such as ASTM, ASME, ANSI, API etc., governing all aspects of fabrication as well as the certification and handling of production machinery, equipment and machine tools.

  • Carry out process engineering studies and provide assistance to any process activity needed to support operations at site

    Job Title: UFR Offshore Company Representative (Night) Req I D: Req-1332 Location: Offshore/Onshore Nigeria Job Description
  • Supervise that the agreed procedures are respected during all the offshore presence of the installation vessel on Company site, mainly for the following activities performed onboard the vessel by URF Contractor:
    • Supply / Barge activities alongside or at close vicinity of the vessel
    • Transfer of equipment onboard the vessel
    • Deck operations
    • Lifting, overboarding, lowering and landing of subsea structures
    • Subsea ROV works
  • Ensure that any modification of the agreed procedure is covered by the Management Of Change agreed process Sign in due time and when satisfactory preparation level has been achieved each specific Ready For Installation certificate.
  • Communicate with onshore support to:
    • Plan the coming operations

Qualification
