• Integrates marketing and programming processes by directing, developing and coordinating overall strategy.
• To achieve market/ sales penetration and consumer acquisition engagement by tracking performance to overall key performance indicator and business metric.
• Driving customers satisfaction and loyalty by leading, developing, hiring and retaining a customer-focused for surpassing goals while providing quality services.
• To Maintain a current and robust knowledge of the competitive brands for all lubricant oil types and distribution marketing landscape to build strong strategic plans to compete effectively.
• To create good services and ensure maximum engagement in support of driving revenue to our brands globally.
• To prepare marketing strategies and supervise marketing plan I programme for range of projects including public/private sector projects.
• Prepare and analyze financial models for all stages and project development.
• The Ideal candidates must have vast experience in marketing of all kinds of lubricating oils.
• The ideal candidates must have conformable records of performance and must have worked in a similar industry in Nigeria or any other African country.

• Lube oil formulations: automotive and industrial oils.
• Chemical additives, formulation and costing
• Aerosol lubes and Aerosol science
• Lubes oil plant project technical experience.
• Production and quality control specialist. (SON /ISO STANDARD).
• Knowledgeable on technical plant drawing, installations and trouble shooting.
• Branding and marketing strategy ideologies.
• The ideal candidates must have conformable records of performance and must have worked in a similar industry in Nigeria or any other African country.
• The ideal candidate must have vast experience in all kinds of lubricating oils.
