We build Enterprise solutions delivered through various channels like mobile (USSD, STK, Mobile App, SMS, IVR), web and unconventional methods We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Network Security and Server Administrator Location: Lagos Job Description/Primary Responsibilities

Create written reports, detailing assessment findings and recommendations
Conduct vulnerability assessments on a wide variety of technologies and implementations utilizing both automated tools and manual techniques
Ensure Secure Network Uptime

Network Security:

Research and analyze known hacker methodology, system exploits, and vulnerabilities to support methodology development and execution
Utilize common vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools
Application penetration tests (web and thick client)
VPN setup and configuration
Firewall setup and configuration
Effectively communicate successes and obstacles with fellow team members and team lead(s)
Develop subject matter expertise in topics to include: network, database, wireless and application security assessments, and adversarial network operations

Server Administration:

Virtualize and Consolidate Standalone Servers
Ensure availability and performance compliance to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and OLAs (Operational Level Agreements)
Oversee physical security, console access and out of band management access
Monitor, investigate and report breaches in performance
Monitor capacity - disk, RAM and processor
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
Work cooperatively with applications teams to install applications or upgrade existing applications
Develop server build images and processes including automatic deployment technologies
Install Server based applications
Install and configure new hardware and software
Monitor server logs and health alarms
Monthly preventive maintenance on workstations, servers, routers, switches, firewall, applications
Perform maintenance tasks such as patch levels, firmware upgrades and backups

Required Qualifications

2 or more years of experience in the IT industry (System Administration or Network Security)
Demonstrable technical experience with Web Application Penetration Testing
Demonstrable technical experience with assessment and exploitation tools including Metasploit Pro and Burp Suite Pro
Experience/understanding of networking - port numbers, services, protocols, TCP - IP stack, OSI - Model
Experience/understanding of OWASP
Working knowledge of Web Services
Preparation of monthly maintenance report and recommendations.
Access control reviews
N+ or CCNA Certification (Added Advantage)
