An experienced Chef who is skilled in the preparation of local and intercontinental dishes with a minimum of 8 years work experience in a structured and well-known hotel.
Candidates must age between 35-45 years.
He/She must be experienced in culinary preparations, training and managing subordinates and must currently reside in Onitsha or willing to relocate.
They must be leaders.

A Foods and Beverage Manager who is versed in food and beverage stocking, beverage service, proper food preparation, kitchen safety techniques and understand health standards.
A minimum of 10 years work experience is required.

He/She must be experienced in culinary preparations, training and managing subordinates and must currently reside in Onitsha or willing to relocate.
