• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Updates daily account records on Quickbooks and Sage (Accounting Softwares)
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

• OND (minimum of upper credit) in Accounting from a reputable higher institution.
• High proficiency level in use of Microsoft Office Suite and/or other computer applications accounting software like Quickbooks, Sage etc
• Minimum certification as an associate member of ICAN, ACCA, or CPA is highly required

• Be of proven integrity, giving attention to confidentiality requirements
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Be team players, able to make impact in groups
