Walk In Solutions - Our client, a leading FMCG company dealing in personal care and hair care products operational in India, Africa, US, UK, Indonesia, LATAM, Middle East, etc., is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: IT Manager Location: Lagos Reporting to : Head IT Africa Job Purpose

• Incubment is responsible for providing technology support to the business through effective management of Business Applications and IT Infrastructure across Nigeria & Ghana.
• Responsibilities include value add to the business in terms of emerging technologies, process improvements, process governance, project execution and overall maintenance of the infrastructure and solutions deployed.

• Business Applications’ Management and Support (either through external IT vendors or through central IT organization), ensuring adherence to agreed SLA’s.
• Liaise with and support the Central IT teams in rollout of global projects, policies and initiatives.
• Drive implementation and adoption of business analytics and KPIs using solutions like Qlikview.
• Should be familiar with typical business processes in areas of Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and HR.
• Must be able to define and plan project based activities that include end users and when necessary, external vendors.
• Lead and support IT for the multiple business entities across Nigeria& Ghana
• Interact with and manage key stakeholders to ensure seamless business execution and drive enhanced value from Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP and other Business IT solutions through process standardization and integration.
• Evaluate and drive adoption of new technologies relevant to the businesses.
• Maintain organizational compliance to Software Licenses, IT Security and Internal Controls as per company requirements
• Manage IT spend for the businesses

• Bachelor of Engineering (Computers or Electronics) / MCA-IT / MBA
• MCSE/ CCNA / ITIL / PMP certification preferred

• 10-15 years of experience in managing ERP applications (preferably MS Dynamics AX2012 R2), Business Applications, IT infrastructure, Application Development and Implementation
• At least 5 years’ experience should be in leading overall IT in a mid-sized end-user organization
• Experience in any relevant industry like CPG, FMCG, Consumer Durables or Pharmaceuticals is preferred.

• Good stakeholder and people management skills.
• Demonstrate initiative and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication with an attention to detail and ability to impart ideas in both technically and user-friendly language.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP and other Business applications
• Good knowledge of IT Operations’ Management.
• Ability to explore and work on new technologies.
