We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Project Engineer Location: Nationwide Responsibilities As Project Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Obtaining and collating all pre-start information for internal issue prior to site start as noted on Engineering Summary.
  • Liaising with Commercial Department and assisting with initial upload to CONJECT document management system and thereafter maintain Engineering Section with current drawings.
  • Preparing site compound and sales centre levels and setting out plans to be included within relevant technical packs.
  • Registering new sites with energy provider including obtaining MPAN & MPRN information from utility infrastructure company.
  • Providing plot levels plans for use by sales as part of plot reservation procedure.
  • Obtaining Road Bonds.
  • Assisting in the CDM
  • Liaising with Site & Sales Operatives, Consultant Engineer and Regulatory Authorities.
  • Uploading all engineering information to the NHBC extranet and discharging conditions to allow plots to obtain CML in line with plot hand-over dates. This includes obtaining environmental validation reports from relevant engineer.
  • Providing the Engineering Manager with regular progress and reports on individual sites and advise of any issues that may require further investigation or attention.
  • Identifying potential design improvements during the construction period of the development.
  • Adoption of roads, drainage, water and BT infrastructure at end of development.
Qualifications
  • HND or Degree in an associated discipline.
  • Autodesk Revit experience
Skills:
  • Self-motivated

  • Good communicator
  • Willing to learn new skill.
Essentials:
  • House building experience directly or within a Consultant Engineer environment.
  • Experience in design utilising AutoCAD, PDS and WinDES is essential.
  • Able to manage workload and prioritise either within a team environment or working alone.
  • Working time will be spent at different office locations so a willingness to be away from home is required.

    Job Title: Site Electrical Engineer Location: Nationwide Responsibilities The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
  • Controlling the main power systems that supply site manufacturing, buildings and offices as well as the distribution circuits to each area.
  • Managing the site High voltage and Low voltage network capacity and maintenance thereof.
  • Responsibility for making sure that every electrical device or circuit installed meets the National Electric Codes and any Hexcel standards.
  • Testing of electrical systems once they are installed to ensure all systems are stable and safe.
  • Scheduling and executing Electrical supply equipment maintenance strategies (predictive and preventive)
  • Evaluating and authorising maintenance and contractors for works onsite.
  • Act as the site authorised person for the management of electrical equipment in flammable areas.
  • As part of the engineering team, support the safe operation of the site, including supporting project activity, advising the operational maintenance teams of maintenance needs for plant side power systems and issuing and controlling safe system of work permits for electrical works.
Qualifications
  • Recognized Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent, minimum BTEC HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Relevant electrical engineering experience in operations and maintenance of large industrial plants is required.
  • Expert knowledge of the Electricity at Work Regulations and Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • Trained to the latest requirements for electrical installations BS7671.
  • Experience of industry standard risk assessment techniques.
  • Understanding of industrial process safety.

    Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer Location: Nationwide Job Description
  • We are seeking an Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer to join a busy and expanding Civils team in our main office.

Qualifications

  • Experience delegating to Technicians.
  • Skilled in the use of AutoCAD and Civils 3D.
  • Experience with DMRB Manual for Streets.
