Job Title: Social Studies Teacher
Location: Adamawa
Summary of Position
- The Social Studies Teacher will be charged with the responsibility of implementing and delivering a balanced and relevant curriculum for the students and support the overall Social Studies curriculum.
- The incumbent will also monitor and support the overall progress and development of the students both as a teacher and a mentor, encourage a learning experience that provides pupils with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential and contribute to the raising standards of students’ attainment.
- The incumbent shall share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth within the context of established policies and procedures of the School.
Position Requirements
- A good Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies, Sociology, History or any other related courses from a recognized tertiary institution. A Postgraduate Diploma in Education/ Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years working experience especially in an international Secondary School/higher Institution.
- Participation in all student activities
- Strong critical thinking and counseling skills
- Proficiency in the use of technology

- Have a passion for history and cultural diversity
- Energetic, resourceful and dynamic personality
- Ability to adapt to change easily and perform consistently under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and follow instruction

Job Title: Biology Teacher
Location: Yola, Adamawa
Summary of Position
- The Biology Teacher will be charged with the responsibility of implementing and delivering a balanced and relevant curriculum for the students and support the overall Biology curriculum.
- The incumbent will also monitor and support the overall progress and development of the students both as a teacher and a mentor, encourage a learning experience that provides pupils with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential and contribute to the raising standards of students’ attainment.

Job Title: Mathematics Teacher
Location: Adamawa
Job Description
- The AUN Charter School, Yola is seeking for a Mathematics Teacher. This position is open to indigenous and/or legal residents of Nigeria.
Summary of Position
- The Mathematics Teacher will be charged with the responsibility of implementing and delivering a balanced and relevant curriculum for the students and support the overall Mathematics curriculum.
- The incumbent will also monitor and support the overall progress and development of the students both as a teacher and a mentor, encourage a learning experience that provides pupils with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential and contribute to the raising standards of students’ attainment.
- The incumbent shall share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth within the context of established policies and procedures of the School.
