• Our client, is searching for a Production Manager
• An active and vibrant individual with experience in a Furnishing Coy with good quality control skills and eye for details. The Production Manager will lead the manufacturing team in safety, continuous improvement, quality, efficiency, and delivery.

• Carries our market research to ensure we are constantly on top of trend prediction.
• Creates style groups for seasonal design briefs
• Manages freelance designers.
• Manages development timescales in line with business requirements.
• Identify and recommend manufacturing efficiencies improvement opportunities for cost savings
• Oversight of brochure creation.
• Oversight of updates to product listings on website
• Concept design of furniture products

• Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in Product or Furniture Design
• Open to travel
• Should have a sociable character
• High standard at Solid Works, Illustrator
• Good knowledge of materials including leather and art works.
• More than 7 years of experience in full time design employment
• Creativity, Integrity, high work enthusiasm, strong learning ability, careful
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external
